Whether you're looking at soil, coco or hydro, we often take base nutrients for granted and mostly focus on products like PK enhancers, boosters, stimulants and supplements. But the base nutrient is the foundation your plant requires in the early stages of its life - so it probably deserves more attention than we give it. What are base fertilizers? Plants need many different things to grow: light, air, water, and food. When it comes to nutrition, just like people, plants need a “balanced diet.” This involves a properly balanced fertilizer containing all the essential elements for growth, known as base fertilizers, which form a solid foundation for healthy plant growth. All kinds of boosters can be added throughout the growing cycle, but your basic nutrients are the building blocks for strong, healthy plants. Application: For sprouts and clones - immediately after the appearance of the first roots, use at a concentration of 0.3/0.6 ml/l (EC = 0.4-0.6). For vegetative growth - 0.6/1.2 ml/l (EC=1.2-1.5). For young plants: EC=1.0-1.3. For mother plants - use the same concentration as in the first week of flowering. NPK: GROW: 7/4/10; THE QUANTITIES IN THE SCHEME ARE FOR 10L SOLUTION! SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE! Mix the working solution well too! Adjust the pH of the water - 5.5 to 6.5 before preparing the solution. Check the pH level regularly and adjust if necessary. To stabilize the pH, use our GHE pH Down, as it contains organic buffers. FloraNova is suitable for any water - hard or soft. Only in very hard water, change the solution every 2-3 weeks
