Nitrozym is very highly concentrated and comes from natural sources. Nitrozyme has been tested on a wide range of crops. Most of the testing was conducted in Canada at various universities and prestigious agricultural research facilities.     What are enzymes and why are they important? Enzymes are protein molecules that work as catalysts in metabolism, for each task there is a special type of enzyme. Enzymes are small independent elements, they:   - They act independently, independently of cells, including extracts. - They remain intact for a long time and their function can be repeated several times (sometimes for days at a time) until they are exhausted. - Old cells are removed and replaced with new ones. - Decaying plant parts consume oxygen, so it is important to remove them from the plant.
