Description Our 1/2 Gastronorm Base is available in charcoal colour. The operating temperatures of the dish are -40°C to 220°C and with its excellent resistance to sudden extremes of temperature, O2T is also suitable for blast freezing/chilling. These properties mean that you can use the same dish for cooking, microwaving, steaming, serving and freezing. O2T offers easy handling with its lighter weight and resistance to chipping comparing to dishes made from other materials. Dishes are safe to touch within minutes for safer and speedier service. The gastronorms are dishwasher safe.
