Description These cufflinks are made of highly polished wood. The grain and features are captured very well. Bethlehem olive is a beautifully grained wood. Paired with acacia, these two stunning woods are in perfect harmony. This lumber is made from the annual prunings of the olive groves around Bethlehem. The concept is that these are the woods used in the ancient Ark of the Covenant. I love wearing these ones because they look great without being over the top or gaudy. The pairs come with a certificate of authenticity showing the provenance of the wood. The shape is generally rectangular, sawn by a miter saw, but curved by being sanded. They are stained, clear coated, then sanded once again for good measure and clear coated again! This way they have a deep luster to them.
